Hello everyone.
I hope you have all had a great day and enjoyed the activities. I am so sorry about the mix up with the VIPERS code. Do not worry though as the code will stay active for quite a while. This means that if you didn't get to it today, you can complete it tomorrow and I can then tick you off my register.
Before we take a look at what's gone well today I'd like you to read through this reminder list for the week ahead:
1. I know it is difficult to work from home but you really are doing a great job and it is noticed by all the teachers.
2. Make sure you have a try at all the slides on the NearPod. This ensures you get a score of 100% on the teacher report at the end of each day.
3. These reports are checked so that we can see who is completing all the work and who might need a phone call from a teacher with some support.
4. When you answer questions on the NearPod, write your answer correctly as this can too be seen by the teachers.
5. Keep up the hard work. We are on our way to half term and it would be amazing to end the week with everyone, who is working online, on 100%.
YOU CAN DO THIS!
Some excellent work from Kasey (Y6) today! I am really proud of the way you are attempting all the questions! Well done!
A huge well done to Arsh and Amelia for having a go at the matching activity in today's Vipers!
Finally, your maths feedback.
Well done on your first lesson on TIME ⏰⏱⌚️
Everyone did really well in the activities, especially Wilay and Fatima!
High five to today's 12 x tables Time to Climb top 5:
SUPER effort from everyone on our first lesson on Perimeter. I was so impressed with everyone's amazing work.
Especially Sadia, Ayaan, Conor and Iman.
Remember: when calculating perimeter, we ADD up all the sides, we do not multiply.
Tomorrow, we are taking a look at compound rectilinear shapes, so get your measuring brains at the ready.
Great start to the week everyone - keep it up 🤓
